The firm has expanded from the Windy City to Austin, Boston, Colorado, Los Angeles and New York City with a mix of product offerings aimed at helping tech companies address their two biggest pain points: awareness and employee recruitment. To help companies introduce themselves and develop followings among active and passive job seekers who have created their own profiles in the Built In network, the firm creates premium company profiles and an array of content (think videos, vibrant job postings and features about everything from new products to rockin’ cool office spaces). Built In also helps its corporate clients ditch old-school approaches to networking by hosting events designed for modern tech candidates.
Built In currently reports that more than 12,000 companies have partnered with its network to recruit top tech talent and that more than 700,000 monthly users actively and passively visit its sites to find opportunities in tech.
