When the Media Salad team heard Colorado’s beloved, men’s a cappella chorus, Sound of the Rockies, is the sole vocal ensemble from the United States invited to perform next year for the 75th anniversary observance of D-Day in Normandy, France, and needed some help with fundraising so everyone in the group can travel, we knew we had to help.

Media Salad is honored to count the award-winning chorus — lauded as one of the finest in the world — among our nonprofit clients. We’re excited to help the organization on several fronts.

Branding

Check out Sound of the Rockies’ new logo, and be on the lookout for smartly designed and polished communications aimed squarely at helping the organization appeal to younger audiences and singers. The new logo evokes the strength, boldness and timeless of the Rocky Mountains — and this organization. It is a stark departure from the barber poles, musical notes and treble clefs that traditionally have represented men’s, a cappella choruses. The new logo intentionally aims to take Sound of the Rockies in new, exciting directions while also representing the group’s tradition of excellence, passion for music and dedication to the Rocky Mountain region.

Website design, development and production

OK, so to say that Sound of the Rockies needed new online digs is an understatement. Media Salad has developed a website with a contemporary look and feel that reflects Sound of the Rockies’ dedication to excellence, enthusiastic personality, and innovation in music and
performance. The new site is easy to navigate and is welcoming to a new generation of singers, fans and community partners. We also have made it much easier for people to buy show tickets and become season subscribers and purchase the group’s great music or become a sponsor..

If you’re local, we hope you will treat yourself — and your family and friends — to a great time! If you’re not, every single dollar you give to Sound of the Rockies over the next several months will help make a glorious sound that reaches all around the world and to the heavens on June 6, 2019.
